Consciously Academy presents

A 3-part experiential workshop series for founders

The Inner Game of Founders

Shift the hidden beliefs that cap your revenue, creativity, and impact.

You can change the strategy.
You can redesign the offer.
You can set bigger goals.

But eventually, every founder meets the invisible edge of what they believe is possible for them.

The Inner Game of Founders is a three-part experiential series designed to uncover those edges — and create new ways of thinking, leading and building.

An intimate three-day experience for a maximum of 12 founders.

  • 3 workshops
  • 3 days
  • 12 founders maximum
  • Barcelona
  • 1 deeper shift

The business isn't separate from you

Your company can only grow as far as your inner world allows it to.

Founders spend enormous amounts of time working on the external game: positioning, product, hiring, fundraising, sales, systems and growth.

But beneath those decisions lives another system.

  • Your relationship with money.
  • The voice that questions whether you're ready.
  • The assumptions you carry about success.
  • The environments and relationships that either expand or drain you.

These invisible patterns influence the businesses we build. This series gives you space to see them — and reshape them.

We won't only think our way through this work. The workshops combine strategic reflection with embodied practices — including movement, breathwork, somatic coaching, creative exploration and the Inner Development Goals — to help participants notice what may not be accessible through analysis alone.

Three workshops

Three days. Three lenses. One inner game.

Money

DAY 01 · 14 OCTOBER 2026

From [START TIME] to [END TIME]

Rewrite your relationship with money

Money is rarely just money.

It carries stories about worth, ambition, safety, success, visibility and what we're allowed to want.

In this workshop, we'll uncover the beliefs influencing how you earn, price, grow, invest and receive — and consciously reframe the ones that may be limiting your next chapter.

Participants leave with greater awareness of their money patterns and a more expansive framework for making financial decisions.

Key themes

  • Money beliefs
  • Worth and receiving
  • Scarcity vs. possibility
  • Pricing and ambition
  • Redefining enough
  • Embodied awareness of money beliefs in the body and in decisions

Methods: Guided reflection, movement, breathwork, somatic coaching and relevant Inner Development Goals practices.

Agenda · What we'll do

[START TIME][END TIME]

  1. [00:00]Arrival, grounding and opening circle
  2. [00:00]Uncovering the money stories you carry
  3. [00:00]Embodied practice: locating money beliefs in the body
  4. [00:00]Reframing worth, pricing and receiving
  5. [00:00]Integration, commitments and close

The Inner Saboteur

DAY 02 · 15 OCTOBER 2026

From [START TIME] to [END TIME]

Meet your inner saboteur — with clay

You know that voice.

  • You're not ready.
  • Don't make it too big.
  • What if this fails?
  • Who do you think you are?

Instead of trying to silence it, we're going to make it visible.

Through a guided creative process using clay, you'll give physical form to your inner saboteur — exploring the fears, protective patterns and narratives underneath it.

This is not an art class. It's a tactile way of accessing insights that are sometimes difficult to reach through thinking alone.

No artistic ability required.

Key themes

  • Self-sabotage
  • Fear and protection
  • Perfectionism
  • Creative expression
  • Working with — rather than against — your inner critic
  • Somatic awareness and embodied patterns

Methods: Clay as the central creative medium, supported by movement, breathwork and somatic coaching.

Agenda · What we'll do

[START TIME][END TIME]

  1. [00:00]Arrival, centring and intention setting
  2. [00:00]Naming the inner saboteur: voices and patterns
  3. [00:00]Guided clay process: giving form to your saboteur
  4. [00:00]Dialogue with the form: fears, protection and narratives
  5. [00:00]Sharing circle, integration and close

Your Ecosystem

DAY 03 · 16 OCTOBER 2026

From [START TIME] to [END TIME]

Build an ecosystem that actually works for you

Founders are often told to optimize themselves. Wake up earlier. Be more productive. Network more. Do more.

But sustainable performance isn't only about optimizing the individual. It's about designing the ecosystem around them.

In our final workshop, you'll map the people, spaces, rhythms, boundaries, inputs and relationships that influence how you operate — then consciously redesign them around the founder and human you want to become.

Key themes

  • Energy
  • Relationships
  • Environment
  • Boundaries
  • Rhythms and rituals
  • Support systems
  • Your personal definition of success
  • Inner Development Goals
  • Embodied awareness of what supports or depletes you

Methods: Inner Development Goals as a framework, alongside somatic coaching, movement, breathwork and practical ecosystem mapping.

Agenda · What we'll do

[START TIME][END TIME]

  1. [00:00]Arrival, embodied check-in and recap of the arc
  2. [00:00]Mapping your current ecosystem: people, spaces, rhythms
  3. [00:00]Inner Development Goals practice: awareness and agency
  4. [00:00]Redesigning boundaries, inputs and support systems
  5. [00:00]Closing ceremony of the three-day journey

Because growth isn't only about pushing your limits. Sometimes it's about changing them.

Who this is for

For founders who have already learned that strategy isn't the whole story.

This experience is for you if:

  • You're building or leading something meaningful.
  • You feel yourself approaching a new level in your work or business.
  • You're curious about the invisible patterns behind your decisions.
  • You want growth without sacrificing yourself to achieve it.
  • You're open to reflection, experimentation and creative ways of working.
  • You want to define success on your own terms rather than inherit somebody else's definition.

You don't need to arrive with a problem to fix. Just curiosity about what else might be possible.

Not your typical founder workshop

No pitch decks. No growth hacks. No pretending you've got it all figured out.

This is space for the conversations founders rarely make room for.

Expect reflection, conversation, movement, breathwork, somatic coaching, clay, creative exercises, Inner Development Goals, practical frameworks and moments that might surprise you.

This is not about sitting in a chair for three hours talking about yourself. The experience moves between thinking, feeling, making, noticing and experimenting — creating different ways to access what is happening beneath the surface.

Come as the founder.
Stay as the human.

Karen Prats, founder, former CEO, TEDx speaker and coach, in Barcelona

Hosted by

Karen Prats

Founder. Former CEO. TEDx speaker. Coach. Human.

I've been on both sides of the founder story.

I've built companies, led teams, raised capital, expanded internationally and experienced the adrenaline that comes with creating something from nothing. I've also experienced the other side: burnout, questioning who I was beyond my company, motherhood, reinvention, and learning that sustainable growth asks something very different from us than simply doing more.

For more than 15 years, I've been part of the startup and innovation ecosystem as a founder, CEO, mentor and coach. I co-founded and led Go—PopUp, scaling the business to a team of more than 30 people across 8+ countries and raising more than €3M before my exit. My journey later took me to Germany, where I deepened my work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, leadership and inner development. Now I'm returning to Barcelona — my home city — bringing that experience back into the ecosystem where my own entrepreneurial story began.

Along the way, I became one of the early co-founders of Circles House, helping create a coliving and community concept in Barcelona around conscious entrepreneurship, connection and a more human way of building. Hosting The Inner Game of Founders there now brings several chapters of my journey together.

Today, my work is focused on the human being behind the company. I coach founders and executives around leadership, wellbeing and sustainable performance, combining founder experience with somatic work, breathwork, Inner Development Goals and conscious leadership practices. I've also designed founder wellbeing tracks for accelerator programmes, bringing inner development into environments that traditionally focus heavily on business models, growth and execution. One relevant collaboration has been with Campus Founders, an entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem in Heilbronn supported by the Dieter Schwarz Foundation, where I've worked extensively with founders and contributed a wellbeing perspective to the founder journey. In one recent month alone, I delivered 90+ coaching sessions with founders, including work with 50+ founders through Campus Founders' entrepreneurship programmes.

In Germany, I also lead an Inner Development Goals (IDG) Flourishing Hub, creating space to explore the inner capacities needed to navigate complexity, leadership and meaningful change. Now, as I return to Barcelona, I'm bringing this work with me — connecting the international founder ecosystem I've been part of in Germany with a new chapter of inner development and founder wellbeing in my home city.

I've also taken this conversation to the TEDx stage with my talk “Who are you already?” at TEDxHeilbronn — exploring the shift from external achievement toward inherent value, and speaking openly about entrepreneurship, motherhood, burnout, compassion and what happens when we stop measuring ourselves only through what we build.

This is why The Inner Game of Founders exists. Not because I've discovered a perfect formula for being a founder — but because I've lived enough versions of the journey to know that the company and the human building it cannot be separated.

Who do you need to become to build what you want to build — without losing yourself along the way?

The venue

There's something full-circle about hosting The Inner Game here.

Karen was one of the early co-founders of Circles House, created as a home and community for conscious entrepreneurs in Barcelona. After a chapter living and working in Germany — coaching founders, shaping founder wellbeing within accelerator ecosystems and leading an Inner Development Goals Flourishing Hub — she is now returning to her home city.

She comes back to Circles House with a different question: not only what are you building? — but who are you becoming while you build it?

FAQ

Questions,
answered.

Do I need to attend all three workshops?

The Inner Game of Founders is designed as one connected three-part journey: beliefs, patterns, ecosystem. The series is designed as one connected three-part journey, and the deepest value comes from attending all three. [ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION POLICY — EDITABLE]

Do I need experience with coaching or personal development?

No. Curiosity and openness are enough.

Do I need experience working with clay?

Absolutely not. The clay is a tool for exploration, not artistic performance. All clay and workshop materials are provided and included in the registration price, so you don't need to bring or buy anything for the creative exercises.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a facilitated founder-development workshop series focused on reflection, self-awareness and experimentation. It is not therapy or a substitute for professional mental-health care.

How many people will be in the group?

Who is this designed for?

Founders, entrepreneurs and leaders who want to explore the internal patterns influencing how they build and lead.

Where does it take place?

At Circles House Barcelona, Camí de Vallvidrera al Tibidabo, 5, 08017 Barcelona, Spain

What are the dates?

14 · 15 · 16 October 2026 — one workshop each day. Exact workshop times will be added separately.

How long is each workshop?

Each workshop lasts approximately 2.5–3 hours, for roughly 8–9 hours of group workshop time across the full series.

What kinds of practices will we use?

The series combines reflection and practical frameworks with experiential methods including movement, breathwork, somatic coaching, creative practices such as clay, and the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). You do not need previous experience with any of them.

What does Early Bird include?

Early Bird registration is €390 + VAT and includes the complete three-workshop series plus a private 60-minute 1:1 session with Karen Prats — an opportunity to go deeper into your own patterns, current edge and intentions for The Inner Game.
